Samsung Unveils Strategic Health Management Solutions at VivaTech 2026

Samsung Electronics is showcasing its strategic approach to connected healthcare solutions at VivaTech 2026, Europe’s premier startup and technology conference, from June 17-20 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris.

Proactive Health Management Strategy

Under the theme “Open Invitation to a Healthier Tomorrow,” Samsung is emphasizing the integration of devices, services, and partnerships to enable proactive health management both at home and beyond. Central to this strategy is Samsung Health, an integrated health platform delivering tailored wellness experiences across sleep, activity, nutrition, mental health, and vital signs.

Stephanie Choi, Executive Vice President and Head of Global Brand Center at Samsung Electronics, stated, “Our unique connected care solutions leverage Samsung’s comprehensive ecosystem, including smartphones, wearables, home appliances, and TVs, complemented by strategic partnerships. Our goal is to establish Samsung as a trusted AI-powered health companion.”

Exhibition Zones and Technological Innovations

The exhibition is divided into three zones:

  • Media Façade: A visual representation of Samsung Health’s core wellness areas.
  • Connected Care Ecosystem: A detailed presentation of Samsung’s health management solutions, including future-oriented updates such as the Heart Health Score and Vitals tracking.
  • Open Care Lab: This zone highlights collaborations and startup incubation initiatives, featuring interactive experiences.

Samsung’s Connected Care Ecosystem Zone underscores the seamless integration of Galaxy smartphones, Galaxy Watches, and the Samsung Health app to enhance proactive wellness management. Future digital healthcare plans include integrating these technologies with Xealth, a digital health platform acquired in the previous year. This initiative aims to bridge wellness and clinical care, empowering both healthcare providers and patients to collaboratively manage health actively.

Innovative Health and Lifestyle Solutions

Samsung is displaying its Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub, designed for smart diet management, which utilizes AI to track expiration dates and offer insights into food consumption patterns. Additionally, a novel pet care solution developed in collaboration with Lifet allows users to monitor potential pet health issues using AI analysis.

All solutions are securely connected via Samsung’s SmartThings platform, protected by the Knox security system.

Collaborative Innovation and Future Discussions

The Open Care Lab features noteworthy partner innovations, such as the AI Beauty Screen by Amorepacific and Visual Meditation developed for Samsung TVs. On June 19, a panel discussion featuring industry leaders, including Hon Pak from Samsung Electronics, will explore how Samsung’s open innovation and collaborative ecosystem can actualize its connected care vision.

Note: Some features may be subject to future updates, and availability can vary by market and device model. A Wi-Fi connection and Samsung account are prerequisites for certain functionalities.
