Samsung Art Store Integrates 30 Exclusive Artworks from the British Museum Collection

Samsung Electronics has announced an expansion of its Art Store with the inclusion of 30 exclusive artworks sourced from the British Museum. This curated collection, accessible through compatible Samsung Art TVs, presents pieces by eminent artists such as John Constable and Joseph Mallord William Turner.

Highlights of the Collection

The selection features Constable’s depictions of the English countryside, renowned for capturing the dynamic nature of weather through atmospheric skies. In contrast, Turner’s watercolors vary from turbulent maritime scenes to serene vistas of Venice, Rome, and Zurich.

Subscribers to the Samsung Art Store can access the British Museum collection, allowing them to conveniently display and cycle through various artworks on their TVs. Lisa San Martin, Interim Commercial Director of the British Museum, expressed, “We are pleased to collaborate with Samsung to expand access to the Museum’s collection, inspiring viewers to both revisit familiar works and discover new ones.”

Strengthening Institutional Partnerships

This initiative further solidifies Samsung’s partnership with the British Museum, exemplified by its role as a corporate partner for the museum’s “Korea” exhibition, which commenced on October 1 and will continue until January 31, 2027.

The British Museum collection will be available on the Samsung Art Store starting October 6.
