TORONTO, Dec. 22, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Terra Firma Capital Corporation (TSX-V: TII) (“Terra Firma” or the “Company”), a real estate finance company, today announced that its Board of Directors has initiated a review process to evaluate potential strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value and liquidity. As part of the review process, the Board will consider a full range of strategic alternatives.
